Operator and service
Lucent Careers is operated by Radian Stack. You may contact support at connect@radianstack.com and billing support at connect@radianstack.com.
You may use Lucent Careers to structure, write, review, save, compare, and export CV material based on information you provide. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, using the service lawfully, and making sure you have the right to submit any information or documents you upload.
You remain responsible for reviewing every CV, cover letter, application answer, or suggestion before sharing it with an employer, recruiter, university, or other third party.
Accuracy and responsible use
Lucent Careers is designed to sharpen real experience, not invent it. You must not use the service to fabricate qualifications, employment history, dates, certifications, employers, achievements, references, immigration status, or other material facts.
Generated output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Scores, feedback, rewrites, and applicant-tracking suggestions are guidance only. They are not guarantees of interviews, job offers, compliance, search ranking, sponsorship eligibility, or employer acceptance.
Accounts and access
Some features may require an account. You should use accurate account information, protect your sign-in method, and notify the operator if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may change, limit, pause, or remove features to improve reliability, security, billing, product quality, or policy compliance.
Your content
You keep ownership of the career information, uploaded documents, notes, job descriptions, and generated drafts associated with your account. You grant Lucent Careers the permission needed to process that content so the requested features can operate, including storage, generation, editing, review, export, support, security, and debugging.
You should not upload confidential third-party material, employer secrets, or documents you are not allowed to process through an external service.
Prohibited conduct
- Do not attempt to access another user's account, projects, files, or admin tools.
- Do not bypass usage limits, payment controls, beta access gates, or security measures.
- Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or material that infringes another person's rights.
- Do not use generated material to deceive employers, recruiters, or institutions.
- Do not probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are digital subscriptions. Pricing, renewal interval, included usage allowance, cancellation information, and any trial or promotion terms are presented before payment. Unless a checkout states otherwise, subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record and online reseller. Paddle may calculate, collect, and remit applicable taxes, and Paddle will provide payment receipts, invoices, and subscription management links where available.
You can cancel future renewals from the account billing area, from links in Paddle payment receipts or subscription management pages, or by contacting connect@radianstack.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past payments.
Refunds are handled under the refund policy published at /refund. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.
Service changes and availability
Lucent Careers may update the product, change feature limits, suspend access, or stop offering a feature. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, security events, or operational changes.
Warranty, liability, and disputes
Lucent Careers is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated material will produce any employment outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or reputational harm arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise. Please contact connect@radianstack.com first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.
Age restriction
You must be at least 16 years old to use Lucent Careers. If the law where you live requires a higher age for using online services or entering a subscription, that higher age applies.
