Lucent Careers uses generative systems to extract CV text, identify missing information, draft and rewrite CV sections, suggest keywords, and provide AI guidance scores. Lucent Careers is not an autonomous job applicant or employment decision-maker.

Anthropic is the default production processor, OpenAI is configured as failover, and a private Qwen model may be used only after passing release gates. Invalid or factually unsupported responses fall back automatically.

Lucent Careers instructs processing models not to invent employers, dates, qualifications, tools, metrics, or outcomes. Automated validators reduce risk but cannot guarantee accuracy. Review names, dates, numbers, claims, and contact details before use.

Guidance and match scores are heuristic. They are not generated by an employer’s actual applicant-tracking system and should not be presented as predictions of hiring outcomes.
