Scope of this notice
This notice covers Lucent Careers, including the CV builder, account workspace, beta access flow, payment and subscription flows, and related support or admin tools. It applies to information you enter directly, upload, paste, or save while using the service.

Information we process
Lucent Careers may process your name, email address, authentication details, CV or resume content, LinkedIn text, rough career notes, target roles, job descriptions, follow-up answers, generated drafts, saved CV projects, export preferences, support messages, billing status, subscription identifiers, and high-level usage counters.
If you use guest mode, draft workspace data is intended to stay in your browser. If you create an account, saved projects are stored in the configured account database so you can return to them later.
How we use information
- To structure, generate, edit, analyze, save, and export CV material.
- To authenticate accounts, protect workspaces, prevent abuse, process subscriptions, and enforce usage limits.
- To debug reliability issues, respond to support requests, and maintain product security.
- To understand high-level usage patterns without intentionally placing raw CV content in operational logs.
AI and processing partners
When you request a writing, review, or AI-guidance feature, relevant CV content and instructions may be sent to configured AI and infrastructure providers so the feature can work. These providers should be limited to production-approved services and governed by their applicable data processing terms.
Ordinary request logs are not intended to be used as training data. Product-improvement submissions should require a separate opt-in, redaction of direct identifiers and organization names, and human review before any material becomes eligible for training or evaluation datasets.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your CV content. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, support, payment processing, security, and AI processing. We may also disclose information if required to comply with law, protect rights and security, investigate abuse, or complete a business transfer.
Retention and deletion
Guest drafts remain under browser storage controls unless you submit them to a feature that requires server processing. Signed-in projects remain available until you delete them or close your account, subject to backups and security logs retained for a limited operational period.
Account deletion should remove saved projects and linked improvement-review records where technically and legally possible. Backups, audit events, and fraud-prevention records may persist for a limited period before expiry.
Your controls
- Review and edit generated CV text before using it.
- Export your CV projects from the workspace when export is available.
- Delete saved projects or request account deletion from the account area.
- Contact connect@radianstack.com to ask about access, correction, deletion, or objection rights that apply in your location.
Security
Lucent Careers uses account isolation, authentication controls, database access rules, and operational safeguards intended to protect saved CV projects. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so you should avoid uploading information you do not want processed by the service.
